Terms of Service
Trial access, paid plans, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and your responsibilities when using AttackCompass.
Effective date: October 10, 2026
Authorized-use rules are in the Acceptable Use Policy. Prices are summarized on Pricing.
Agreement
Using AttackCompass
These Terms of Service govern access to the AttackCompass marketing site, trial, and paid product. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.
If you use AttackCompass for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Service
What AttackCompass provides
AttackCompass provides operator-controlled engagement guidance and reporting workflows for authorized security testing. It recommends and organizes work; it does not autonomously execute attacks.
You remain responsible for authorization, scope, and every action you run in your environment.
Trial
Seven-day full-access trial
New accounts may receive seven consecutive days of full Founding Operator access. Billing details are not required to start.
A trial converts to a paid plan only after you choose a plan, enter billing details, and agree to renewal terms. Without that consent, the trial expires without a charge.
Billing
Plans, renewal, and taxes
Self-serve Founding Operator plans are published on the Pricing page. Current launch prices are $49 per month or $399 per year, subject to change as shown at checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Paddle is merchant of record and calculates applicable tax at checkout. Prices shown on the marketing site are exclusive of tax unless a jurisdiction requires otherwise.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime
Cancel anytime through the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues through the end of the current paid period unless Paddle policy or chargeback rules require otherwise.
Refunds
30-day first-purchase refund
Qualifying first purchases may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of the initial purchase date (UTC) by emailing support@attackcompass.com. No proof of product use is required for qualifying in-window first purchases.
We aim to approve qualifying requests within two business days. Renewals, chargebacks, and partial refunds are handled under Paddle policy and AttackCompass support discretion.
Accounts
Your responsibilities
Keep login credentials and API tokens secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for complying with the Acceptable Use Policy.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create security risk, or fail payment obligations.
IP
Intellectual property
AttackCompass and its software, branding, and documentation remain our property or our licensors' property. You retain ownership of engagement content you submit, subject to the licenses needed to operate the service.
Limits
Disclaimers and liability
AttackCompass is provided on an as-available basis for authorized professional use. We do not warrant uninterrupted service or that recommendations cover every technique or path in an engagement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AttackCompass is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the service.
